Welcome

Welcome to Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS)! Oak Lodge protects public health and environmental quality by providing clean and safe tap water, treating wastewater, and protecting our watershed.

The OLWS service area spans the communities of Oak Grove, Jennings Lodge, and parts of Gladstone and Milwaukie. We're located in the lower Willamette Valley Watershed in North Clackamas County.

If you have questions about your service, please email us at info@olws.org or call (503) 654-7765.

To get started, check out our Customer Welcome Brochure.

When will my bill come?

OLWS bills are issued monthly for three services: drinking water, wastewater, and watershed protection. Typically, billing statements are sent within the first week of the month.

Where can I pay my bill?

Service charges can be paid through our autopay service, online, over the phone, or in-person at the Oak Lodge Water Services administration building, located at 14496 SE River Road in Oak Grove, OR. When available, in-person payment is accepted at the front counter during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Alternatively, a payment drop slot is located on the far left side of the front doors of the building.
