Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Oak Lodge Water Services will be meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 6 p.m. at the District offices located at 14496 SE River Road, Oak Grove OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include annual January Board selection of Board Officers; appointment of Budget Committee members; non-revenue water Phase I completed and Phase II draft audit report from Cavanaugh & Associates, P.A.; 2019 annual financial audit report from Moss Adams, LLP. Other agenda items include the consent agenda, staff reports and Board liaison reports. In addition, the Board will convene an Executive Session under ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations. The public is welcome to attend the public portion at the beginning and end of the meeting. In addition, there will be a closed Executive Session from 5-6 p.m. regarding matters contained within [ORS 192.660 (2)(i)] To review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the chief executive office of any public body, a public officer, employee or staff member who does not request an open hearing.
