About Us

Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS) provides drinking water, wastewater, and watershed protection services to approximately 28,400 people in Oak Grove, Jennings Lodge, and portions of Milwaukie and Gladstone.

What is a Special District?

Special districts are a form of local government. They are created by their constituents to meet specific service needs for their communities. Most perform a single function such as water delivery, fire protection, wastewater or cemetery maintenance, to name a few.

Your Services
A single bill covers all three services - water, wastewater, and watershed protection - which can be paid at 14496 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The Board of Directors is comprised of five elected residents who live in the OLWS boundary area.

Our team is available 24 hours a day. If you see water gushing up out of either the street, ground, or from a manhole, please call (503) 654-7765. Use the same number if you notice sewer spills or if you see someone illegally dumping into a storm drain.
