We’re Moving to a New Online Bill Pay Provider
Starting in December 2025, Oak Lodge will transition to a new online payment provider, Xpress Bill Pay, to make paying your bill easier, faster, and more secure.
We’re excited to introduce this new system, which will provide even better service to our customers.
Transition Timeline
Early November (now): This is your heads-up that a change is coming.
Late November: Online bill pay customers will receive an email with instructions for setting up a new Xpress Bill Pay account.
December 1: Xpress Bill Pay goes live for Oak Lodge—you can start paying your bill there!
What this means for you
We will send out an email in late November to help you get started in the new system.
If you pay online now → Create an Xpress Bill Pay account.
Step-by-step instructions (also available in Spanish) are included at right. Make sure you have your OLWS account number handy to complete the setup. While creating your account, you can also customize your preferences, for example, selecting paperless billing.
If you use Auto Pay → Don’t forget to re-select Auto Pay in your new account.
Refer to Step 7 in the guide to ensure your balance is automatically deducted each month.
If you pay by phone, mail, or in person → Nothing changes for you.
There are no changes to the process for people who do not pay their bills online. If you’re interested in starting online billing, please follow the steps above.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will this change go into effect?
Oak Lodge Water Services will begin using Xpress Bill Pay on December 1, 2025.
There will be a one-month “grace period” during which our previous online payment system will remain active. Customers who have not switched by January 1, 2025 will receive a reminder.
Will my current online bill pay account automatically transfer to Xpress Bill Pay?
No. You will need to set up an Xpress Bill Pay account to continue paying your bill online. If you already have an Xpress Bill Pay account with another utility, you can simply add Oak Lodge Water Services as a new account.
Are there any new fees with Xpress Bill Pay?
No. Creating an Xpress Bill Pay account is free, and payment options remain the same (debit card, credit card, or direct transfer from your bank account).
