We’re Moving to a New Online Bill Pay Provider
Oak Lodge has transitioned to a new online payment provider, Xpress Bill Pay, to make paying your bill easier, faster, and more secure.
We’re excited to roll out this new system to provide even better service to our customers.

What this means for you
If you currently pay your bill online
If you pay your bill online, please start doing so via Xpress Billpay. Our old payment system will remain active until the end of November to allow customers time to transition.
- First, check whether you already have an Xpress Billpay account. It's a common system, so you may have set one up to pay another utility bill.
- If you already have an account, simply log in and “Add Account” for Oak Lodge Water Services (see Step 7 in the guide).
- If you don’t have an Xpress Billpay account yet, follow the setup guide to create one (the guide is also available in Spanish).
- If you use Auto Pay, you’ll need to re-select this option in Xpress Billpay. Please be sure to complete Step 7 in the guide so your balance is automatically deducted each month.
If you currently pay your bill via phone, mail, or in person
There are no changes to the process for people who do not pay their bills online. If you’re interested in starting to use online billing, please follow the steps above.

Frequently Asked Questions
When will this change go into effect?
Oak Lodge Water Services will begin using Xpress Bill Pay on October 1, 2025.
There will be a one-month “grace period” during which our previous online payment system will remain active. Customers who have not switched by November 1, 2025 will receive a reminder.
Will my current online bill pay account automatically transfer to Xpress Bill Pay?
No. You will need to set up an Xpress Bill Pay account to continue paying your bill online. If you already have an Xpress Bill Pay account with another utility, you can simply add Oak Lodge Water Services as a new account.
Are there any new fees with Xpress Bill Pay?
No. Creating an Xpress Bill Pay account is free, and payment options remain the same (debit card, credit card, or direct transfer from your bank account).
