Storm Drain Cleaning Assistance Program (SCAP)

OLWS coordinates discounted storm drain cleaning to help local businesses contribute to a healthier watershed. Storm drains do not filter water and require regular cleaning to remove pollutants and prevent flooding. The $55 per drain fee covers the removal of debris from standard parking lot drains.

Registration for the fall season is open September 1 - October 31, 2026.
