OLWS and Clackamas County Department of Transportation Memorandum of Understanding (2013)

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) clarifies the cooperative working relationship between with Clackamas County’s Department of Transportation and Development (CCDTD) and Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS/OLSD) for the purposes of providing Surface Water System Prevention and Emergency Maintenance by CCDTD and for MS4 Permit compliance by Oak Lodge. It confirms asset ownership and maintenance obligations between the two entities, and applies only to Clackamas County maintained roads.
