NOTICE: November 5 Planned Water Shut-Off Near El Camino Way

Temporary Water Service Shut-Off

Completed: Thursday, October 30, 2025 | 9 A.M. - 2 P.M.

Rescheduled Planned Water Shut-Off: Wednesday, November 5, 9 A.M. - 4 P.M.

October 31 Update: The October 31 water service disruption was canceled due to unforeseen challenges with the maintenance. The shutdown has been rescheduled for Wednesday, November 5, from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

This temporary interruption is necessary to allow our maintenance team to replace a fire hydrant.

Shut-Off Details 

Date: Wednesday, November 5

Shut-off times: 9 A.M. - 4 P.M.* 

Location: The maintenance work will affect addresses on El Camino Way and some surrounding streets. The impacted addresses are highlighted in red in the map below.

*Please note that these times are tentative, and we will make every effort to complete the work and restore service as quickly as possible.

How to Prepare for a Water Service Shut-Off 

  • Before: Fill containers to use for drinking, cooking, and sanitation during the shut-off.  
  • During: Avoid using water during the interruption to prevent debris from entering your service lines. 
  • After: When your water is restored, let cold water run through the faucets for at least two minutes. 

 

How We’ll Contact Affected Residents 

Those affected will receive a door hanger with shut-off details.

Pressure Changes During Work

During this work, customers throughout the district may experience temporary fluctuations in water pressure. These changes should be short-term, and service will stabilize once the repair is complete.
