Comprehensive Clackamas County Monitoring Plan

(October 15, 2022) — Oak Lodge Water Services (OLWS) is seeking public comments on the draft updated Comprehensive Clackamas County Stormwater Monitoring Plan. This Plan was developed on behalf of 10 Clackamas County jurisdictions and documents environmental monitoring activities that OLWS will conduct to address requirements OLWS' Phase I National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater permit. The Phase I NPDES stormwater permit is in place to protect and improve receiving water quality throughout Clackamas County. The Plan describes the monitoring objectives, locations, pollutant parameters, and monitoring procedures and protocols.

Please send comments by November 16, 2022 by email to lara@olwsd.org. The Plan will be finalized in consideration of public comments and submitted to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for review and approval.
