NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Public meetings of the Oak Lodge Water Services District Budget Committee will be held to discuss and approve a budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

The first public meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 6:00 pm for the purpose of Committee orientation, to hear the budget message, and to perform other administrative duties.

Subsequent public meetings to receive staff presentations and conduct deliberations will be held at 6:00 pm on:

The Budget Committee will hold a public hearing during the Tuesday, April 27, 2021 meeting. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. In the event of meeting changes or cancellation, the District will notify the public by updating the District website.

To promote physical separation guidelines currently in place at the federal and state level, public attendance will be telephonic only. Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting and have unlimited long-distance calling should dial (253) 215-8782 at the designated time and enter the access code 858 4949 1666. A toll-free number is also available using the same access code and dialing (888) 788-0099. Please note that members of the public will be muted until the public comment portion of the agenda. Individuals who wish to attend the meeting but who do not have the ability to attend by phone should contact the District Recorder at least forty-eight hours prior to the noticed meeting time by phone at (503) 353-4227 or by email at laural@olwsd.org. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or after April 9, 2021. Please visit the Oak Lodge Water Services District website or contact the District Recorder to request a copy of the budget document.
