The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be holding its Regular Board meeting on Tuesday May 21, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the District offices located at 14496 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include: Watershed Health Education Program (WHEP) student presentation from Rex Putnam High School Students, new auditor introduction, a Supplemental Budget FY 2018-2019 will be considered, the FY 2019-2020 Budget Hearing and Adoption, Silverleaf sewer repair contract, backflow program update. Other agenda items include staff reports and Board liaison reports. The Board will convene an Executive Session under ORS 196.660 (2)(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection and, ORS 196.660 (2)(h) for consultation with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The regular portion of the meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
