The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be holding an Executive Session on April 30th, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The Board will convene an Executive Session under ORS 196.660(2)(e) to deliberate with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions, and ORS 192.660(2)(h) for consultation with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The public is welcome to attend the public portion at the beginning and end of the meeting.
