The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be holding its Regular Board Meeting on April 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include: approval of auditor’s contract; followed by department reports and business from the Board. This regular meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
After the regular meeting, the Board will convene into Executive Session under ORS 196.660(2)(e) to deliberate with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions, ORS 192.660 2(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection and ORS 192.660 2(h) for consultation with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The public is welcome to attend the regular portion of the meeting.
