The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be meeting on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include: discussion regarding a consolidation cost savings report, a commercial real estate broker/ agent of record contract, adoption of finance policies, discussion of human resource policies, proposed amendments to District purchasing rules, closure of a Flex Spending Account at Clackamas County Federal Credit Union, followed by department reports and business from the Board. Following the regular meeting, the Board will recess to Executive Session under ORS 192.660 2(h) for consultation with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The regular portion of the Board meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
