The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be meeting on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. This Special Meeting will contain an Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(f) (for the Board to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection) to discuss a memorandum to the District addressing the imminent decision in the United States Supreme Court Case Janus v. AFSCME Council 31 and recently-issued decision in the Oregon Supreme Court case ATU v. TriMet. After executive discussion, the Board will convene into regular session and direction will be given to staff regarding persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations. The Regular Session is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
