The Board of Directors of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be meeting on Tuesday February 20, 2018 at approximately 6:00 p.m., immediately following the budget committee meeting at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267.
The agenda for the meeting will include a Public Meeting for the 2018-19 OLWS Budget Committee (see separate posting for Budget Committee Meeting). In addition, this meeting will include: a presentation on provision of water during emergencies from Oak Lodge Community Emergency Response Team and OLWS, shared emergency radio partnership with Clackamas River Water, Boardman Wetland Property Transaction with North Clackamas Parks and Recreation (NCPRD), a review of the PERS Unused Sick Leave Program, and a project update on the River Road/ Walta Vista project update. There will be an Executive Session, convened under ORS 192.660 (2)(e) to consider real property transactions.
The regular meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
