The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be meeting on Tuesday February 20, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include a Public Hearing for the second reading of Ordinance 18-01, which covers the OLWS combined Water, Sanitary and Surface Water Management Rules and Regulations (Code). In addition, this meeting will include: the 2018 Water Master Plan Consultant Contract. The regular meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend. The agenda for the meeting will include an Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660 2(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection and ORS 192.660 2(h) for consultation with counsel concerning legal rights and duties regarding current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.
