The Board of the Oak Lodge Water Services District will be meeting on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. at its office located at 14496 SE River Rd, Oak Grove, OR 97267. The agenda for the meeting will include an executive session to discuss the “Report of Combined Authorities for Consolidated Districts” pursuant to ORS 192.660(2) (f) for the Board to consider information and records that are exempt by law from public inspection. After executive discussion, the Board will convene into special session—open to the public—and direction will be given to staff. Time permitting, discussion will begin on the District’s Facility remodel as well as discussion of the agreement for 3rd party payment portal and merchant processing. The special session portion of the meeting is open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend.
