Board of Directors Special Meeting & Executive Session

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at 3:00 P.M., at 14496 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267-1198, the Board of Directors will hold a special meeting, including an executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(a) to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, ORS 192.660(2)(d) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations, and/or ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information or records exempt by law from public inspection (ORS 192.502(9) and 40.225). The special meeting will be convened and then the Board will recess and convene an executive session. At the conclusion of executive session, the special meeting will be reconvened for any action, if necessary.
Oak Lodge Water Services is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
