OAK LODGE WATER SERVICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 6:00 P.M., at the offices of Oak Lodge Sanitary District, 14611 SE River Road, Oak Grove, OR 97267-1198, the Board of Directors will hold a special meeting, including an executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(f) to consider information or records exempt by law from public inspection (under ORS 192.502(9) and 40.225). The special meeting will be convened and then the Board will recess and convene an executive session. At the conclusion of executive session, the special meeting will be reconvened for any action, if necessary.
Oak Lodge Water Services is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Oak Lodge Water Services
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
