This temporary interruption is necessary to allow our maintenance team to perform essential repairs on a water main near SE Boardman Ave. and SE Rose St.

Location: Near the intersection of SE Boardman Ave. & Rose St. A map of the affected properties is provided on the reverse side.
*Please note that these times are tentative, and we will make every effort to complete the work and restore service as quickly as possible. Affected customers will receive an automated call notification once water service is restored.
How to Prepare for a Water Service Shut-Off
- Before: Fill containers to use for drinking, cooking, and sanitation during the shut-off.
- During: Avoid using water during the interruption to prevent debris from entering your service lines.
- After: When your water is restored, let cold water run through the faucets for at least two minutes.
How We’ll Contact Affected Residents
Those affected will receive a written notice or door hanger alerting them to the shut-off. We will also send phone call reminders one week and 48 hours in advance of the shut-off.
Pressure Changes During Work
During this work, customers throughout the district may experience temporary fluctuations in water pressure. These changes should be short-term, and service will stabilize once the repair is complete.
