Rental property accounts can ONLY be opened and maintained for property owners.
To receive a duplicate bill mailed to "Resident" at the property address, please email billing@olws.org or call 503-654-7765 to provide us with the service location address.
The property owners are responsible for the utility service account.
Terms and conditions regarding utility service payment contained in rental or lease agreements are between the property owner and tenant and are not binding upon the District.

Oak Lodge Water Services is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
