​Please note the following regarding new tenant accounts: 

• Rental property accounts can ONLY be opened and maintained for property owners. 
   
• To receive a duplicate bill mailed to "Resident" at the property address, please email billing@olws.org or call 503-654-7765 to provide us with the service location address. 
   
• The property owners are responsible for the utility service account.
   
• Terms and conditions regarding utility service payment contained in rental or lease agreements are between the property owner and tenant and are not binding upon the District.
