Kevin Williams was sworn into office on April 12, 2016, originally under the former sanitary district. He was subsequently appointed to the consolidated district board at its inception. Kevin worked for the City of Portland for 32 years in the Bureau of Transportation. There he was involved in managing Street Maintenance, Sanitary Sewer Repair and Stormwater Facility Maintenance programs. Kevin brings an understanding and sense of commitment to the table for the OLWSD to provide our patrons with: safe clean drinking water, wastewater conveyance, treatment that meets permit requirements, and effective strategic planning for infrastructure maintenance/improvements while controlling the need for rate increases.
